Selecting your new home:
Meet our marketing executive. Feel free to communicate to him your requirements and preferences so that he can guide you in the selection of your 'new home'.
Booking your dream home:
Once you select your dream home, pay an initial amount as 'Booking Amount'.
Signing of agreement:
With the help of our representative, sign the agreement in our office. Agreement is to be done within 10 days of booking along with payment of 15% of the total consideration.
Preparing for registration:
Before registering the agreement, franking of the agreement needs to be done. Stamp duty, registration amount, etc. needs to be paid at least 3 working days prior to registration date so that we have enough time to get the document affixed.
Registering the agreement:
Agreement needs to be registered in the registrar's office. Our representative will be present in the registrar's office and assist you to complete the registration process.
Payment of Installments:
In accordance with the agreement, make timely payment of installments as per the work stage. ADF (Advance Disbursement Facility) may be used for this as this saves you money and avoids excessive hassles. Get in touch with your banker or our sales executive for details.
Review of your unit:
We shall contact you once your unit is ready. You may review your unit as per the checklist we provide.
Possession and handover of the keys:
Once you are satisfied with your unit and full payment is done, keys will be handed over to you. Congratulations! You are now ready to shift to your dream home!
